I just watched this video, albeit a day late, and I enjoyed hearing what everyone had to say about the season, the players competing on last night's telecast, the Japanese players (I love watching Suzuna especially), and everything else. As for last night's stepladder, despite the strong issues I had with how challenging the lanes were for the Tour Championship, I do concede that that was one of the most intense and exciting stepladders I've ever watched, especially the final two matches, and Jane threw some of the most clutch shots of all time on absolutely brutal conditions!

Hope and Felicia are both beautiful talents. I saw Hope when she was in college as well as Jillian and Crystal, so it's awesome to see these talented bowlers emerge, witnessing these carriers blossom. I have been following @Th3B0wlingTri0 for the last 1.5 years, so seeing Cherie and Hui succeed in the USA this season is special for me. 🇸🇬

I had so many of these last time ( I’m newer to throwing hooks) and I couldn’t think of how to fix it because I didn’t understand what was happening. Now I have something to work with 😎

All you need is 12 tubes above the pin spots that act like a magazine or hopper with pins filled up waiting to drop. you need to figure out how to get them back to the top.

Did Castille bowl great? He sure did. But he also got some of the best pin carries I've seen in awhile. All of his high flush shots struck. Even with that extreme power and entry angle, he didn't leave any stone 10 or ring 8's or 9's. He had a couple of shots that almost went into the gutter, but still made it back. Not only did those reach the pocket, but they didn't leave flat 10's, which happens when you go way, way outside and the ball comes back to hit the pocket light. (That's actually how you leave 7-10 splits too.) Also, he stepped up in a couple of big spots and just pulled the ball way left, but he got brooklyn strikes instead of going through the nose for splits. That said, he did throw an awful lot of balls high flush, with lots of power. On this day, it felt like he was going to win no matter what.

Did you ever hear the expression ringing 10? There can't be anything like that anymore. A ringing 10. Speaking of a 6 pin or even a 2 pin that is flying around the 10 pin will always knock down the 10 with the string. Same on the other side 2 and 4 pin will knock down the 7 when it's kicked around the 7 via the sidewall. Don't try to tell me you can improve the pinfall. That's just not true

He doesn't do it, so I know he probably can't. But with that high backswing, high rev rate, and ability to make shots so consistently, it looks like Chris Warren might still be able to bowl on the "kid's tour" and go up against the likes of EJ and Simo. But I guess the rigors of a full tournament might be a bit taxing for a super senior. Ironically, although he bowled fabulously and beat Warren, some like Jack Juric probably can no longer compete with the younger guys. His ball is slow and precise, and against the endless number of power bowlers out there in the regular PBA, he would lose out on pin carry in the course of a tournament. All of these super seniors are great bowlers though. Such good form and understanding the shape of their ball downlane.
